Are your pearls real?
Yes. All pearls used in our studio are genuine cultured pearls, created through the natural process of pearl formation within oysters or molluscs. Each one carries unique variations in shape, lustre, and tone, the hallmark of authenticity. We do not work with imitation pearls such as glass or resin alternatives. If we ever incorporate other pearl types, they will always be clearly labelled so you know exactly what you are receiving. Transparency is central to our craft, and we are committed to honouring the legacy of real pearls in every piece.
Do you use real coral in your jewellery?
Yes! When a design calls for coral, we use genuine, ethically sourced coral. Each piece carries the organic beauty of the sea, with natural variations in hue and texture that make it one-of-a-kind. We are mindful of sustainability and never pass off imitations as natural coral. If a piece features coral alternatives, they will always be clearly labelled. Our commitment is to artistry with integrity and honouring both the materials we use and the environments they come from.

What is the difference between gold-filled, gold vermeil, and gold-plated jewellery?
Gold-Filled: A thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal, durable and long-lasting.
Gold Vermeil: Sterling silver coated with a generous layer of gold.
Gold-Plated: A thin layer of gold over a base metal, best for occasional wear.

How do I know my waistbead size?
Use a soft measuring tape to measure around the part of your waist/hips where you’d like the beads to sit. Please see our how to measure guide to help you measure correctly.
Are your waistbeads permanent or removable?
Our waistbeads are removable. Our waistbeads come with clasps for ease and versatility.
Can waistbeads help with weight tracking?
Yes! Many women use waistbeads as natural indicators of body changes, the beads may roll higher or sit lower as your body fluctuates.
Do you make custom waistbeads?
Absolutely. You can personalize your waistbeads with colours, charms, and gemstones that align with your style or intentions.
Will my anklet fit?
Our anklets come in standard sizes with adjustable clasps to fit most ankles comfortably. You can also request a custom size.

Yes, our anklets are made to last. For gold-filled, sterling silver, and stainless steel anklets, daily wear is fine. For plated designs, we recommend avoiding water for longevity.

Can I return waistbeads or anklets?
For hygiene reasons, waistbeads and anklets are final sale. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a defect, we’ll gladly repair or replace it.
What is your return policy for other jewellery?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom pieces are non-refundable, as they are made exclusively for you.

Yes, we offer repair services for all our pieces. Fees may apply depending on the repair needed.
Is there a warranty on your jewellery?
All items come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
